I feel energies very acutely. I read that basically it must be going both ways , when I am feeling another person's energy a lot, it's probably linked to them feeling my energy a lot too. Although they may not be conscious of it, nor I for some time.
( like I have this friend that I see occasionally, and I looked over at him the other day and it occured to me that he really loves me , we are not dating at all, anyway as soon I thought that, brought it to consciousness, now I have seen him like 3 times in a week and that's much more than usuall)
Anyway, what do you think about the " it must be mutual" theory? I still feel som energy from this ex. I would like to detach from it and I have a lot. But it's there on some level.
Energy studies are so exciting because it's new and has to be felt. What do you make of it in your life when you have felt someone's energy a bunch and either couldn't get rid of it or made it conscious and tried to work with it?
