Vara Healing Arts in Albany off Solano Avenue is looking for Reiki Practitioners & Massage Therapists to support our efforts in offering a Free Healing Day for Cancer Patients. This charity event will be held on November 3rd from 1:30pm - 5:30pm in our beautiful, naturally lighted yoga studio and our 3 treatment rooms.

To participate in this day of heart centered healing and giving back, you will need to bring your own table or massage chair (preferrably a massage chair for space reasons). If you do not have either, we have 3 treatment rooms that may be utilized on a first come basis. You may also bring a TV tray size table for your business cards and/or promotional material.

To enrich the day, we will have two 45 minute educational lectures:
An "Eating Ayurvedic" talk delivered by our onsite Ayurvedic Practitioner
A "Home Massage Techniques for Caretakers" delivered by one of our CMT's here at Vara.
