my whole life i've been absolutely fascinated by the unknown and the unknowable. i feel a strong pull towards energy healing and working with energy in general. however, i have no idea where or how to started exploring this or where to receive training. i have done reiki level 1 but other than that i'm at a loss as to what direction to turn. i find it overwhelming, all the different options that are out there. can anyone help me figure out how to get started? time is of the essence, i already feel like i've waited too long to answer this call. thank you!

I think you've started off well with Reiki 1. Part of that experience should help you to decide if you want to continue with Reiki, or if you're looking for something different. You really just want to go with what works for you.
There are a lot of options out there. I really appreciate the time I took in learning tai chi and chi gung, as well as Reiki, because all of it gave me a very strong foundation in how energy work works. Since then, I've also developed some of my own energetic work, and I've studied extensively in something called VortexHealing, which I highly recommend for folks of all levels of experience with energy work. I'm sure some other people will make good suggestions as well, so just tune into the ones that feel the most alive or juicy for you, and then follow up. It's an interesting and exciting journey to be on, and I wish you the very best.
